The Big Screen
Do They even call them "Big Screens" any more? I mean, aren't almost all large format T.V.'s in the price range of just about all barely above minimum wage lifestyles? I could be completely wrong and if I had to guess I would say that I am (It has been a long day).
So about the Big Screen... We purchased our first "Flat Panel", you know the ones without the humpback disease sticking out the back with the weight of a bloated dead body recovered from the town drinking well, and we love it. Not sure Paula loves it because I keep it occupied most of the time.

This photo was a surprise. I enjoy taking night pictures with my digital camera and learned a while ago that you need to keep the camera on a tripod or something solid so that no vibrations will interrupt the process and blur the photo.
Cave Springs Haunting
I am not sure if traditional old school cameras or even most modern digital cameras are like this but my HP camera can be setup to leave the lens open until enough light is gathered to create a photo.
This has an interesting effect on very dark subjects. There was only one street lamp about 30 yards away (to the left and behind the camera in this phoro) and even it had a great deal of tree cover around it and towards the pond.
Knowing the camera would have to sit for a long time to capture as much light as possible, I set it on a rock and kicked back. The camera processed for almost three minutes and to my amazement it actually captured light! It was close to 1 AM the night before our family reunion and we were all too excited to sleep. The little town is so small we walked the entire "down town" area in about 15 minutes.
