 One of my best friends, Tommy Cameron, visited Austin, TX and had this photo taken of him standing with the Stevie Ray Vaughan statue for me.
Tommy is, himself, a great guitar player and accomplished song writer. He enjoys playing the casinos in Las Vegas and can be seen just about any night at one club or another ripping up the stage with songs from all genres. If you ever get a chance to see him perform, make sure you take the time to meet him. Tell him Derek Rayburn sent you and he will treat you to an amazing show and a great evening of friendship.
With both of us sharing a love of music, we both appreciated our individual visits to see the SRV Statue. I asked him to send me a photo because when I visited back in 2002 I didn't have a camera with me.
